The product photos can be pirated, what about product quality?

We have recently found a company from a coastal city of China keep on using our online product photos for their own website promotion. Almost numerous photos of products and product parameter charts have been pirated unscrupulously. I understand our products have excellent reputation and quality in the industry. However, these actions without permission is violating our SUNBURST copyright. It is disrespectful to our company and our hard working photographer, even mrore, to the copyright law.  We strongly condemn this kind of ingringement and we would consider to take a legal action against this copyright infringement.
